je ne re louerai pas cet appartement Positive: situation géographique privilégiée calme possibilité de visiter a ville à pieds Negative: propreté : mégots dans les goutières de la salle à manger et du salon batterie de cuisine en mauvais état: marmite en teflon avec le fond dégradé 1 econome cassé etat des locaux : marche de la douche de la salle de bain pricipale en train de pourrir
