Bien placé Positive: L emplacement, la propriété de l appartement, l accès libre de l appartement. Negative: Le grincement du lit de la chambre, un seul ventilateur pour tout l appartement. Au vu des températures très élevées pendant le mois d août et du prix de l appartement (on était le 15/08) on aurait apprécié un ventilateur supplémentaire. 1 par chambre c aurait été bien.
