Intérieur du logement très confortable. Extérieur très moyen.
Positive: Le logement est bien situé. Proche du centre ville. Bien équipé.
Negative: Les communs sont vétustes et peu agréables. Bien qu'il soit interdit de fumer dans les communs des cendriers sont mis à disposition des clients. Ce qui encourage les fumeurs. En tant que non fumeurs nous avons dû fermer nos fenêtres pour ne pas subir ces désagréments.
